The Particulars

Privacy Notice.

Discretion is the Office's architecture, not its slogan. This notice states what is collected, why, and what is never done with it.

What we collect

From applicants: name, contact details, city and country, a self-declared net-worth band, household and residence information you choose to share, and your written account of the matters you would bring to the Office. We deliberately do not request Social Security numbers, account statements, passports, or medical records at application.

From members: the preferences, itineraries, and instructions required to carry your matters — collected as needed, and no further.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe) on its own systems. The Office does not see, store, or transmit card numbers.

How it is used

To review applications, conduct the screening you consent to, decide admission, and — for members — to perform the work of the Office. Screening is limited to identity verification and applicable sanctions checks.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. No advertising pixels or third-party trackers run on the application, and analytics — where used at all — receive no names, no net-worth data, and no application content.

Who may see it

The Office, and the specific specialist retained for your matter — who receives the minimum the matter requires, under confidentiality. Service providers who host our systems (hosting, email, payments) process data on our instructions.

We disclose information where the law genuinely requires it, and only to the extent it requires.

How it is kept

Encrypted in transit, access-controlled at rest, and retained only as long as it serves you or the law requires. Application records of declined applicants are retained for a limited period for legal defense and then destroyed.

If a breach affecting you ever occurs, you will be notified as California law requires — directly, and without theater.

Your rights

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. Write to office@aydesire.com and it will be handled personally. We honor such requests from applicants and members anywhere, resident or not.
